In fast-paced, complex, and high-stakes environments, my clients have enjoyed successful careers. However, circumstances shifted, leading to feelings of stagnation, languishing, struggle, overwhelm, or boredom. Despite maintaining stellar LinkedIn profiles, the certainty of career growth and satisfaction waned. They silently suffered on the inside, grappling with the same intense hours but a diminished sense of fulfillment.
At times, the challenges they faced weren't of their making; external factors played a significant role. They found themselves in situations where they yearned for a way out and sought an ally to help them recognize the scenario and navigate it. In certain instances, the skill set that once served them well no longer sufficed. Others grappled with unconscious behaviors that hindered progress, while some were held back by deeply ingrained beliefs and mindsets shaped by past experiences.

“No matter how hard I try, I just can’t get myself to do it,” is a frustration I often hear from leaders during private sessions. It is not because their intention is weak, or they lack will. It's because while there is a strong desire to change, there is also resistance in the body and mind that follow a pattern shaped by years of conditioning. To help leaders break through these seemingly impossible barriers, I blend principles and practices from mindfulness, martial arts, breath work, energetics and several other modalities in my work.
Reflective Inquiry
Out of box thinking is a metaphor often used to describe unconventional or creative thinking in solving difficult problems. Reflective Inquiry takes us out of the proverbial “box.”
Somatic Coaching
Habits are hard to change. They are in our bones and tissues. Somatic coaching helps you take new actions under the same old pressures.
Realization Process
The realization process helps us disentangle from our habitual thinking patterns. It gives us an expanded sense of perception, understanding, sensing, and responsiveness.
Breathwork
Shifts breath patterns and releases chronic tensions. It enables us to show up differently, and take on things that we resisted before.
