About Cynthia Riha

After a long career in business development and leadership—and raising three beautiful humans—I walk alongside those who seek to live a more present and joyful life. I have been a meditator for over 30 years, following a persistent inner voice that somehow knew wholeness and truth could be found. For the past 5 years, I worked in prison teaching meditation and self-development, supporting the discovery of inner freedom among men and women with life sentences.

I guide from my own lived experience, a journey that has taken me from shame and self-judgment to resting in the deep, inherent preciousness of my being. Along the way, I’ve discovered that self-compassion is the foundation for being able to intimately connect with others. When we learn to be fully present with ourselves, we can stay present and engaged with others. We open the door to a life that is rich, vibrant, and deeply satisfying.

I strive to create a space where you can feel safe, open and curious, and where your unique expression in this world can be seen, honored, and nurtured. My invitation is to find the ground of your being, the stillness that pervades all, as you meet yourself as your true nature.

Within the Realization Process community, I am a fully certified Senior Realization Process Teacher, Empathic Ground Teacher, and Healing Through Embodiment Teacher. I work with individuals and lead small groups, offering gentle guidance and support on your journey of unfolding.
